The above prices exclude design or layout work. All materials must be supplied by the advertiser at own cost. Material acceptable for printing is finished artwork saved into a CD or diskette in JPEG format with 300 dpi (dot per inch).
All advertisements must be paid in advance prior to printing. Deadline for submission is the 1st of the month prior to the month of publication.
